Privacy Policy

This is the official privacy policy for the Counting Coins for Kids iOS app (“Rocco”) and https://rocco.txyou.com. The app is designed for children ages 5–8 and is submitted in the App Store Kids category. Operator contact: support@rocco.txyou.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information in the app. The app does not create an account or ask for a child’s name, email, birthday, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or tracking permission. There are no ads, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, and no third-party advertising or social SDKs.

What stays on the device

Lesson stars, a sound toggle, a play streak, lifetime-unlock state, and optional parent-zone totals (minutes and first-try accuracy) are stored in Apple’s on-device UserDefaults. That data never leaves the device unless you back the phone up with your own Apple ID tools (for example iCloud Backup). A parent can clear play history in Settings → Reset child progress.

Purchases (StoreKit)

The app is free to download. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks all six units and both games. Apple processes that payment through StoreKit. We do not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or card number from a purchase. Apple’s privacy policy covers App Store billing. If Ask to Buy is enabled, a parent must approve the charge. Restore Purchases re-reads Apple’s purchase record for the signed-in Apple ID; it does not send data to our servers.

App Store privacy label

For App Store privacy nutrition labels, Counting Coins for Kids discloses Data Not Collected. The app does not track users across apps or websites and does not use the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Children (COPPA / Kids Category)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not use children’s data for advertising. A parental math gate sits in front of purchases, Restore Purchases, Settings, Parent Zone, and outbound links to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Parents who have questions, or who want play history deleted on a device they control, can use Reset child progress or email us.

This website

This site is a static compliance and support site. It does not set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp to deliver the pages and protect the site. We do not use that data to profile children or to advertise. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and then keep it as long as needed for that support thread.
